Please arrive accordingly to your appointment time. We only service 1 client at a time unless you are booked for a double/couples spa appointment. We do not have a waiting area outside the treatment room. If client needs assistance they may bring 1 person to sit in the treatment room while service is being rendered. Unfortunately if you are 15min late to appointment you may be asked to reschedule appointment due to limited appointment slots.
You are more then welcome to bring your child if needed to your appointment. We do have seat in the treatment room for your child to wait quietly while you get your spa treatment but we do advise that you come alone to have full experience to relax and we are able to service you without interruptions.
We prefer, credit card, debit card and if you would like to pay in cash you may do so, please be advised that spa is cashless for safety reasons.
Please wear comfortable lose clothing, you will be provided with towels or robes during service.
Showers are only available for clients that have added the salt water float room. We do have a public restroom for client use only.
